HCI

We see what you are, and we see what you could be. It’s Mme to let go of the boundaries that keep you isolated and embrace a future where you become a vibrant, integral part of the campus—a space that welcomes, connects, and thrives. Here’s how we envision your transformaMon

Bringing Nature Closer:
No longer should the hedge be a dividing line—a visual barrier that keeps you apart. Let’s open up, removing the barrier and inviting the green of HCP to flow naturally into your grounds. Imagine a seamless transition from field to building, from HCP to HCI, where the hard edges give way to lawn. Let the green stretch right up to the pillar passage, creating a space that’s alive in the summer, inviting, and less detached. A space that feels more like a park and less like a machine—softer, warmer, and welcoming. Having the idea of a park, the lake is already there.

A Campus Alive with AcMvity and Community
Let’s create a space for people to gather, to share, and to unwind. Imagine a lab- themed lounge where drinks are mixed like experiments—a new social hub, a playful alternaMve to the Alumni Lounge, that hints at the hidden, spirited side of HCI. The idea of a meeMng corner the spot is already free.

InviMng and Reshaping Spaces: A New Density
We’ll bring life to the ends of each building by creaMng community spaces with stunning views and places to meet and connect. These spaces will bring depth to your façade, inviMng curiosity and conversaMon. ResWul rooms will offer quiet corners to retreat and relax, turning bare walls into interesMng places of discovery. ImplemenMng new big kitchens for the users will create the comfort that is needed while also having the opportunity to work in a big and silent work area.

ConnecMng the Dots: A BeYer Infrastructure
CirculaMon should be effortless, not a challenge. We’ll introduce a new passage starMng at ground level, flowing smoothly from one side to the other. A new walkway will connect several floors, making movement easy and intuiMve and joining together parts of the building that once felt distant.
